介绍了国内外长输管线用大直径焊管现状、需求及各种生产线 .通过对各种大直径缝埋弧焊管和大直径螺旋焊管生产法的技术特点和经济性的分析、比较 ,并结合国情 ,认为在输送油、气、煤等长输管线上应用大直径螺旋埋弧焊管是可行的 ;为解决石油钻采用焊管及石化企业输送汽油、煤油、柴油等输送管线用焊管 ,在国内建设直径大于 5 0
The application,requirement and producing lines both in domestic and abroad,have been introduced in this paper.Through the analysis and comparision of all kinds of big_inch straight welded tube's and big_inch spiral welded tube's technology and economics features,according to our nation's situation,the author purposes that the big_inch spiral hidden welded tube's application in the long_distance transportion of oil and gas is available.To meet the need of welded tube in petroleum extraction and in the transporting gasoline,kerosene and diesel oil in petrochemical plant,it is urgent to set up a ERW assembly for the tube with the diameter above 508 mm.
