摘要
在耕地总量动态平衡涵义基础上 ,从福建省沿海地区土地资源现状出发 ,分析该地区实现耕地总量动态平衡的优劣势 ,提出福建沿海地区实现耕地总量动态平衡的途径与措施。
Based on the meaning of dynamic equilibrium of total arable land and from the perspective of the current status of land resource in coastal areas of Fujian, the advantages and disadvantages to attain dynamic equilibrium of total arable land are analyzed, and the feasible approach and measures are proposed.
