摘要
本文通过实验室及现场不同工艺方案实验,金相组织观察及力学性能、抗磨性对比实验,探讨了悬浮铸造在低铬白口岭铁上应用的可行性及其效果。结果表明,悬浮铸造低铬白口铸铁,可以细化组”.提高铸件的致密度,并可以改善碳化物的形态及分布特征,冲击韧性提高134倍,抗磨性提高22~25%。
Synopsis: The investigation on the possiblity and the effect of suspension casting in low Cr white cast iron through different process technologies in the laboratory and the workship has been conducted. And the examination of microstructure, measurement of mechanical properties and contrast test of high stress wear has also performed. -The results indicate that by suspension casting the structure of casting becomes finer and the compactness can be increased, the morphology and distribution of carbides can be improved. Impact toughness is 2.34 times as great as by normal casting process and abrasion resistance increases by 22~25%.
