显微激冷对EPC铸造低铬白口铸铁综合性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用预先在EPS模中填入微型内冷铁,解决EPC铸造生产低铬白口铸铁综合性能差的问题.在充型过程中微型内冷铁均匀分布于铸型中,改变了金属液的结晶凝固特性,细化组织,并使部分微区内碳化物的类型发生了质的变化.与常规方法相比,此方法得到铸铁的冲击韧性提高了 24.5%,硬度提高了 4~4.5 HRC,相对耐磨性提高了 35%. Based on the problem of bad general properties on the low-chromium white cod iron produced by the EPC process, we have flit the mini internal chiller iron in EPS in advance, which can change the solidification property of metal liquid, refinery the structure, cause type change of carbide within some micro-part during the process of mold filling, and result in a significant increase of synthetic property of low-chromium white cast iron produced by EPC process.Compared with that produced by routine EPC process,impact toughness improved by 24.5 %, degree of hardness strengthened by HRC 4 - 4.5, wear-resisting raised by 35 %.
