摘要 根据帕坦卡的幂函数方法和传热边界条件的点热流方法,编制了考虑热对流和热扩散的铸造过程三维传热数值模拟程序,并与用SOLA—VOF方法编制的计算充型过程流体流速的程序连接起来,组成球墨铸铁铸造工艺CAD软件。该软件能够准确地预测浇注系统的充填和凝固过程的铁水流动和传热现象,准确地计算出冒口颈的凝固时间,在球铁减速器外壳铸造工艺设计上的应用取得了满意的结果。 Abstract Based on Patankar's power-low scheme and the Q function which was used to treat the heat transfer boundary conditions, authors compiled a 3-D numerical simulation software HCC taking into account the heat convection and heat diffusion'of casting process. If concatenated with 2-D SOLA-VOF software use.d for calculation fluid flow, the software system of casting technique CAD for ductile cast iron was composed of. By the aid of HCC software, the heat transfer phenomena appeared in the filling of gating system and in solidification process of castings were predicted accurately, and the solidification time of riser neek was exactly calculated . When applied it to the gating and risering system design for reduction gear shell casting of ductile iron, the satisfactory results was achieved.
