摘要
采用浇铸法对型砂的热物性值进行实验研究,并用自制的实验装置对工厂实际生产所用的水玻璃砂的热物性值进行了测定,为300MW汽轮机中压静叶持环铸件的充型和凝固过程计算机数值模拟及工艺设计提供了实用和可靠的热物性数据。
In this paper, the thermophysical properties of moulding sand are studied by a pouring method. The thermophysical property data of water-glass sand used in real castings has been obtained through experimental measurements, and then used for simulations of mould filling and solidification of 300 MW medium-pressure stationary blade carrier steel casting. The simulation results show that the data is practicable and reliable.
