摘要
采用将铸件直接浸泡在铝液中并随后扩散退火的工艺,在铸铁件表面制备出厚度0.3~0.5毫米的渗铝层。对影响渗铝层的因素(温度、时间、扩散退火)作了考查。渗铝后的铸铁件抗氧化能力提高10~20倍,耐蚀性显著改善。
Abstract
The aliting layer with thickness of 0.3~0.5mm on the surface of iron castings was obtained using the direct immersion into the melted aluminium and soon afterwards diffusion annealing. The technological factors influencing the aliting layer such as temperature, time, diffusion annealing were discussed. After the alitizing, their resistant to oxidation is over 10~20 times as much as that of non-alitizing, the corrosion resistance was significantly improved.
