摘要
研究了钢材热浸镀铝工艺,并应用于工业生产实践。结果表明:该工艺简单、可靠、稳定。采用该工艺所生产出的产品成本低,其各项技术指标均达到了具有世界先进水平的日本JISH8642工业标准。
The batch hot-dip aluminum coating process for steel parts has been developed and applied to production practice. The process is easy and stable in technology. The products produced by the process are low in production costs and conform to the requirements of JIS H8642 standard.
