摘要
目的 :观察丹参注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 :治疗组 (16 0例 )静滴丹参注射液 ,每日1次 ,共 2 1日 ;对照组 (15 3例 )给予西药常规治疗。比较 2组的临床疗效及血液流变学各项指标。结果 :治疗组的临床疗效及血液流变学多项指标明显优于治疗前及对照组 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1)。结论 :丹参注射液是治疗冠心病心绞痛安全有效的药物。
Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of salvia miltiorrhiza injection in treatment of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris.Methods:The treated group (160 cases) was treated with salvia miltiorrhiza injection by intravenous drip once a day for 21 days. The control group (153 cases) was given western medicine.The clinical therapeutic effect were observed and all hemorrheological parameters were examined before and after treatment respectively and compared.Results:After treatment the clinical therapeutic effect and the hemorrheological parameters in treated group were improved than those before treatment and those of control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusions:Salvia miltiorrhiza injection is an effective and safe therapy in treating coronary heart disease with angina pectoris.
