摘要
利用JT 1G型催化剂将中石化天津分公司制氢Ⅰ装置由轻油制氢改造为焦化干气制氢。增大循环氢气量或者混入其它制氢原料 ,可以有效降低加氢反应温升 ,弥补反应器的不足。借助于制氢装置外部的硫化设施对JT 1G型催化剂进行硫化。
A hydrogen plant at SINOPEC Tianjin Corporation was retrofitted from light oil feedstock to coker gas by adoption of JT 1G hydrogenation catalyst. Limitation in available reactor space was compensated by increasing hydrogen recycle or incorporation of other feedstock, which was helpful to controlling temperature rise over the reactor bed.JT 1 catalyst was pre sulfided in an on situ facility.
