摘要
介绍了炼油厂干气加氢精制催化剂的开发及其在炼油厂制氢、大中型合成氨原料路线改造工程中的应用概况。JT 1G焦化干气加氢精制催化剂和JT 4等温加氢精制催化剂及其工艺使用方便、灵活、稳定 ,在锦西炼油化工总厂和齐鲁石油化工公司第一化肥厂应用 ,与氧化锌脱硫剂串联 ,可使炼厂焦化干气和焦化、催化混合干气的烯烃体积分数分别由 4%~ 8%和 16 %~ 2 0 %降至 0 .5 %以下 ,使有机硫含量由 2 0 0 μg/g降至总硫 0 .5 μg/g以下 。
Development of hydrofining catalyst for refinery dry gas and its application in hydrogen production as well as the revamping of feedstock route for large or middle scale synthetic ammonia unit were introduced.The JT 1G coking gas hydrofining catalyst and the JT 4 isothermal hydrofining catalyst are characterized by convenience,flexibility and steady.Matching with zinc oxide desulfurizer,the olefin volumetric fractions of coking dry gas and mixed dry gas of coking and catalytic cracking can be reduced from 4%~8% and 16%~20% to bellow 0.5%,while organic sulfur from 200 μg/g to bellow 0.5 μg/g,respectively.Considerable economic benefits were obtained.
