摘要
目的 :观察还原型谷胱甘肽对急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法 :用D—氨基半乳糖及四氯化碳致小鼠急性肝损伤 ,还原型谷胱甘肽分别采用灌胃及腹腔注射给药 ,观察指标为 :ALT、AST、ALP及肝脏病理形态。结果 :还原型谷胱甘肽组小鼠肝细胞肿胀、胞浆疏松、炎症细胞浸润程度明显较D—氨基半乳糖组轻。结论 :还原型谷胱甘肽对急性肝损伤有保护作用。
Objective:To study the prevention role of glutatione(GSH) on acute liver injury in mice.Methods:The experimented acute liver injury model was established by peritoneal injection of D-aminogalactose or carbon tertrachloride once in mice.The GSH was given by oral or peritiooneal administration.The animal were sacificed after 24 hours of final administration.The ALT、AST、ALP、ALB of serum were measured and liver morphologic observetion was made by HE stain.Results:GSH can markly decrease the serum level of ALT、AST and improve liver tissue inflammation in histopathology comparing with model group.Conclusion:GSH can prevent the liver injury induced by D-aminogalactose and carbon tetrachloride.
