摘要
研究了在室温~ 10 0℃范围内 ,含 2 %HCl的氩气氛中温度对铀表面离子镀铝层腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明 ,随温度升高 ,铝镀层抗HCl腐蚀能力下降 ;与金属铝相比 ,铝镀层钝化能力增强 ,抗HCl腐蚀能力优于金属铝和铀 ,主要表现为氧化腐蚀和氯化腐蚀 ;同时 ,与金属铝相似 。
The corrosion behavior of ion-plating-Al coatings on uranium in 2%-HCl-containing Ar atmosphere has been studied in temperature range from room temperature to 100℃. The Corrosion resistance to HCl of the Al coatings decreased with the rise of temperature. The Al coating exhibtied higher passive ability than pure Al, higher resistame to HCl than pure Al and uranism. The main corrosion modes were oxidation and chlorination. Meantime, HCl seriously attacked ion-plating-Al layer which was similar to aluminum.
