溅射Cu-Cr合金微晶涂层的氧化 被引量:13

OXIDATION BEHMIOR OF SPUTTERED MICROCRYSTALLINE Cu-Cr COATINGS

摘要 采用磁控溅射法制备了不同含Cr量的 Cu-Cr合金微晶涂层,并研究其在700与 800 ℃, 0.1MPa纯氧气中的氧化.结果表明: Cu-Cr合金微晶涂层的氧化行为明显不同于普通的 Cu-Cr合金, Cu-Cr合金微晶涂层氧化后均形成了连续的 Cr2O3层,且含 40% Cr的 Cu-Cr合金微晶涂层氧化后形成了单一的Cr2O3膜,本文结合双相合金氧化的特点对实验结果进行了讨论. The oxidation of sputtered microcrystalline Cu-Cr coatings was studied in 0.1 MPa O2 at 700 and 800℃. The results indicate that the oxidation behavior of microcrystalline Cu-Cr coatings is very different from the conventional Cu-Cr alloy. A continuous Cr2O3 layer formed on microcrystalline Cu-Cr coatings, and oxidation of the microcrystalline Cu-Cr coatings containing 40%Cr produced an exclusive external Cr2O3 scale. The results were discussed with respect to properties of two-phase alloy.
