不同β受体阻滞剂治疗心力衰竭作用差异的研究进展
摘要
近年来,大规模临床试验证实了选择性与非选择性β受体阻滞剂在心力衰竭(简称心衰)治疗中均能发挥有益作用.但由于β阻滞剂是一组相对异质药物,其药理学与临床应用上的差异也越来越多地被人们关注.本文就近年来在这方面的研究进展作一总结.
