摘要
带端面刀的成形车刀(图1)是在车制零件外形的同时,将零件端面也车出的刀具。采用这种刀具加工出来的轴承内圈,其沟道位置的精度是靠刀具制造精度来保证的。
For turning form tool with end face cutter, due to the end face cutter tip and the center of raceway arc type tool are a constant, the positional accuracy of bearing ring can be guaranteed; when form tool be worn, the positional accuracy of bearing ring can also be kept unchanged afeer cutter grinding. The calculation and correction for design parameters of turning form tool with end face cutter are also stated in this paper.
