摘要
目前,高校后勤社会化改革中出现了一些影响和制约其进度的一些新问题。要保证后勤社会化改革的顺利进行,首先要转变后勤系统的管理体制,转换其运行机制;彻底转变全校教职员工的思想观念;高校后勤服务实体要加强党组织、工会组织和共青团组织的建设,充分发挥党、工、团在经济建设和社会建设中的作用,正确处理好与后勤管理处的关系。
On the base of the author's observation and conclusion of the logistics socialized reform experience of some institutions of higher learning of the whole nation,according to the requirement of the State Council and the Ministry of Education,this article gives a detailed analysis and research of the management of the logistics socialized reform of institutions of higher learning,the reform and the exchange of the operation institution of the logistics management structure and the ways to deal with some problems properly in the process of the development of the rear service entity.It provides a new contemplation for the basic realisation of the predetermined aim of the reform on logistics socialization of national institutions of higher learning at the end of 2002.
