摘要
以对甲基苯磺酸为催化剂,乙二醇和冰乙酸为原料,在423-453K下,合成了乙二醇醋酸酯。在不同温度下,采用测定酯化反应物浓度的方法,得到了体系各组分浓度随反应时间的变化,并将实验数据回归拟合,利用曲线方程积分等求出动力学参数,建立了动力学模型及动力学方程表达式。结果表明,该酯化反应属于准二级反应,通过研究酯化反应化动力学确定反应级数,求出酯化反应的活化能,为反应器设计提供信息和数据。
The synthesis of ethylene glycol monoacetate from glycol and acetic acid with P -toluene sulfonic acid as catalyst is carried out at 423k to 453k. The purpose in studying dynamics on esterification is to confirm the progression of reacting and the activation of esterification, and to provide information and data for the design and application of the reactor. Under various temperatures, the change relationship between the density of every component part and time is obtained by determining the density of the reactant. With the experimental data processed by coming back to fit and the cure equation integral, the reaction kinetic parameters are identified, the kinetic model and equation expression are also set up. The result shows that under the experiment condition, the esterification reaction belongs to the second order type.
