摘要
将微胶囊技术用于木糖醇的高细胞密度发酵 ,采用均匀设计和多元逐步回归方法对其发酵培养基进行优化研究 ,得到仅含 6 .8g/L酵母浸膏的优化培养基配方 ,与文献中针对游离发酵的优化培养基相比 ,新的培养基配方使木糖转化率从 82 .9%提高到 88.0 %。
ACA microcapsule immobilized cell with high density were applied in xylitol fermentation. To improve the output of xylitol,the culture medium was optimized by means of uniform design and stepwise resgression. Yeast extract contents in medium were 6.8?g/L. Comparing with the medium optimized for free cell fermentation in the literature,the conversion rate of xylose was improved from 82.9% to 88.0%.
