介绍了生产铸态球墨铸铁曲轴球化剂、孕育剂的选用及其工艺控制要点,分析了原铁液化学成分对生产铸态球墨铸铁的影响。
The selection of nodulizing alloy and inoculant ,as well as the key points of process con-trol for the production of as-cast nodular iron crankshaft was introduced.The influen ce of the base iron composition on the production of the as-cast nodular iron was analyzed.
