介绍了发动机曲轴的工况及技术要求,详细阐述了该件的铸造工艺:采用立浇、底注式浇注系统,浇口比为ΣF_直:ΣF横:ΣF内=1.01:1.13:1.0,横浇道两侧放置尺寸为1.8 mm×1.8 mm孔径过滤网,球形冒口尺寸为50 mm,冒口峰腰直径28 mm;将化学成分控制为:w(C)3.80%-3.90%,w(Mn)≤0.4%,w(Cu)0.75%-0.85%,w(Sn)0.03%-0.06%,w(Si终)2.0%-2.4%,采用冲入法球化处理,选用中Mg球化剂,粒度为10-30 mm,加入量为1.8%-2.0%,一次孕育采取倒包孕育处理,采用75Si Fe孕育剂,加入量为0.4%-0.6%,粒度为3-5 mm,二次孕育采取随流孕育,加入量为0.08%-0.1%,粒度0.4-0.7 mm;浇注温度控制在1400-1430℃;铁丸温度控制在80℃以下。最终生产的铸件金相组织和各项力学性能均符合技术要求。
Working conditions and technical requirements of the engine crankshaft were introduced. The casting process of this part was elaborated. Vertical casting and bottom gating system were used. Gating ratios was ∑Fpouring: ∑Frunner: ∑Fflow=1.01 : 1.13:1.0. Filters with pore diameter of 1.8 mm×1.8 mm were set on the runner on both sides. The size of spherical riser was 50 mm and the diameter of riser neck was 28 mm. The chemical composition of casting was w( C ) 3.80%-3.90%, w( Mn ) ≤0.4% ,w(Cu ) 0.75%-0.85%, w( Sn ) 0.03%-0.06%,w(Sifinish) 2.0%-2.4%. Mg particles with the granularity of 10-30 mm was used as nodulizer and pour-over into melting by a rate of 1.8% - 2.0%. 75SiFe was used as primary inoculation added by ladle. The granularity of it was 3-5 mm and added by proportion of 0.4%-0.6%. For second inoculation with flow process,granularity was 0.4-0.7 mm and added by 0.08%-0.1%. The pouring temperature was under control between 1400-1430 ℃. Iron Shot temperature was below 80℃. As a result,both the casting microstructure and mechanical properties meet the technical requirements.
