摘要
水泥粒度表征的内容包括群体颗粒大小、比表面积、平均粒度和粒度分布等。水泥细度的检测与研究是一项很重要的工作。传统的水泥细度筛分法和比表面积法已不能全面表示水泥的性能,粒度分布是很重要的一项指标。近年来出现的激光粒度分布仪,已有效地用于水泥性能研究并有可能在生产上实现联机在线。随着超细水泥和细掺合料技术的发展,需要对600m2/kg以上比表面积值快速准确地测定,水泥细度测试方法的标准化工作也很重要。
Cement Fineness Characteriza tion in volves group parti cle size,spe cific surface area,average particle size and particles size distribution,etc. The measuring and research are very important.Such traditional mea-suring meth ods as cement fineness screening and specific surface area can-not completely re veal the characteristic of cement because the particles size dis tribution p lays an im portant role in it.In recent years,the Laser Particle Analyser ha s been effectively applied in the re search of cement characteris-tic and will be possibly used with on-line in the cement production.With the development of technology in super fine cement and fine addi tive,it is necessary to meas ure the specific surface area of more than600m 2 /kg rapidly and exactly.The standard ization of measurement is also very impor-tant for the cement fineness.
