摘要
通过对几种陶瓷粉体粒度分布的测试方法进行比较,探讨了BT-9300S激光粒度分布仪的测试原理,提出了测试过程中应注意的问题,并对其在陶瓷生产中的应用作了介绍。在陶瓷产品生产过程中,快速测量和有效控制粉体的粒度及其分布,对提高产品质量、降低生产成本具有重要意义。
By comparing the testing methods of ceramic powders" particle size, the testing theory of BT-9300S laser particle size analyzer was discussed and the questions were brought to notice in the test procedure. Moreover, the application of laser particle size analysis to ceramic production was also introduced in detail. In the processing of ceramic products, fast measurement and effective control of grain diameter are of great significance to improving quality and reducing cost of production.
