摘要
本文简述居民居住生活满意度研究的概况 ,根据对珠江三角洲地区选取 16个商品住宅小区所做的居民问卷调查 ,应用多元统计分析方法研究了影响珠江三角洲的小区居住环境质量居民满意度的因素 ,表明商品住宅区环境质量的主观感受主要受可视观感效果、小区配套设施、交通、物业管理、施工质量等核心因素的影响 。
In this paper,general situation of research of POE & Residents Satisfaction is introduced. Residents questionnaire survey are conducted in 16 housing estates in the Pearl River Delta,Multi Criteria Analysis is used in researching the factors that influence residents satisfaction of the residential environment quality of these housing estates,and find that residents satisfaction of the residential environment quality is meanly decided by several mean factor:visual impression,facilities,traffic,management,construction quality, etc . So we can get more knowledge in residential environment & residential demands.
