摘要
社会满意度是一个内涵丰富并且具有多重层次含义的概念。一般来说 ,它是指社会成员 (个体、群体和组织 )对于社会和社会组织是否满足其个人和群体的需要、愿望、目标 ,及其满足程度的一种关系认知与情感体验。广义的社会满意度包括宏观、中观和微观三大基本层次。不同层次的社会满意度分别包含各自不同的结构要素。
Social satisfaction is a concept of rich meaning and levels. Generally, it means social members` awareness of relation and motional experience about weather society and social institution satisfy the individual or group`s need, want, goals and the degree of this kind of satisfaction. And broadly, it consists 3 levels of macro-level, middle-level and micro level. Each level has its various dimensions and factors.
