摘要
实验研究了Al_2O_3粒子在a—黄铜中的喷射弥散行为和弥散粒子对合金室温和高温力学性能的作用。试验结果表明:减小喷射粒子原始直径和加入少量的Ti元素是提高Al_2O_3粒子在基体内弥散效果的有效途径;进一步的实验和观察表明:弥散分布的Al_2O_3粒子阻碍了合金形变时的位错运动,从而提高了合金的室温和高温力学性能。
The behaviours of Al2O3 particles sprayed and dispersed in α-brass matrix and the effects of them on its mechanical properties are studied ,and the results show that decreasing original diameter of particles sprayed and adding a small amount of Ti element are two main ways to improve the dispersion effect of the particles in matrix. The results of further investigations and studies show that the movement of dislocations in the matrix is impeded by the particles dispersed when the alloy is strain,thus the mechanical properties of it is evidently increased.
