熔盐法制备Al_2O_3粒子增强铝基复合材料的工艺研究

Study on the Technology of Preparing Aluminum Matrix Composite Reinforced with A1_2O_3 Particals by Means of Fused-salt Method

摘要 用碱性熔盐作为载体将Al_2O_3粒子较均匀地添加到铝合金熔体中是获得Al_2O_3粒子增强铝基复合材料的新方法。本文对比了熔盐种类、配比、加入方法及Al_2O_3粒子大小对其在铝基体中分布均匀性的影响,测定了Al_2O_3粒子强化铝基铸选复合材料的机械性能。 Al2O3 particals can be homogeneously distributed in molten aluminum alloys by means of alkali fused-salt, which is a new method of preparing aluminum matrix composite reinforced with Al2O3 particals. The effects offused-salt types, compositions, adding technology and the size of Al2O3 particals on the distribution of the particals in in the matrix were studied. The room temperature mechanical property of the composite was tested. Results show that this composite has the following advantages: particals well combined with matrix, mechanical properties improved, hardness greatly increased. The material can be employed in the wear resistant parts in engines.
