摘要
参考馆员制度是提高图书馆咨询服务能力 ,培养图书馆员成为知识导航员和咨询专家的重要措施。文章受美国参考改革经验启示 ,指出推广参考馆员制度应 :利用图书馆立法确定参考馆员的专业地位 ;提高全员参考意识 ;创新发展参考运作方式 ;关注参考馆员的压力和需求 ;牢记公共服务 ,关注用户需求。
Reference librarian system is improve ability of library reference service and important measure that train Librarian become knowledge navigation and consultation expert.The article gain apocalypse of American reference transform,point out that extend referenced librarian system should : using library lawmaking confirm professional degree,improve whole employee reference consciousness,innovate and develop referenced manner,attention pressure and demand of referenced librarian,fix public service and attention consumer's demand.
