摘要
探讨了油气输送管线产生氢致开裂的主要因素 ,外界环境因素和材料内在因素。着重分析了材料因素中化学成分、非金属夹杂物和显微组织对管线钢抗 HIC的影响。并通过试验验证了管线钢化学成分中 C、S、Mn等元素含量和试验时间变化对油气输送管线抗 HIC能力的影响。
Raised the elements of outside surroundings and steel contents, generated the HlC in the oil and gas pipeline. The chemical property, non-metal slag and micro-structure existing in the steel affected the pipeline steel resistance to the HIC. Through testing, verified that the contents of C, S, Mn etc. elements with the time going, influence the ability of pipeline steel resistance to the HIC.
