摘要
微合金钢是近年来发展最迅速、最富有活力的钢材品种之一,被广泛地用于各个工业部门,微合金钢的品种、规格、数量和质量都反映了一个冶金企业的综合技术实力。天津钢管有限责任公司利用Nb、V、Ti微合金元素晶粒细化和析出强化的作用,研究开发微合金高强度钢种,所开发钢种的性能指标都达到了国内外同类产品的实物水平。
As one of the steel types which are most rapidly developed over the recent years and most promising, the miroalloyed steel is so widely employed in various industrial sectors that even the overall technical capacity of a metallurgical enterprise can be demonstrated through the product line, size range, output and quality of his microalloyed steels. Taking advantage of the grain-fining and segregation-enhancing effects by the microalloy elements like Nb, V and Ti, Tianjin Steel Tube Corp., Ltd. has developed hi-strength microalloyed steels with all the actual properties up to the physical level of the similar products made both at home and abroad.
