摘要
在热模拟实验机上进行不同变形工艺的试验,研究了不同变形工艺参数对CSP生产线生产的一种微合金高强度钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明,通过优化道次变形量、变形速度、变形温度和冷却速率等工艺参数,可获得微合金高强度钢产品。
Simulation tests under different rolling parameters were conducted on thermal simulator. The effects of different rolling parameters on microstructure and properties of a microalloyed high strength steel produced by CSP line were studied. The test results reveal that the microalloyed high strength steels with high yield strength can be produced by optimizing such technological parameters as pass strain, strain rate, deformation temperature, and cooling rate, etc.
