介绍了 2 0 0 2年 1月 1 6日 ,湖北电网依据《湖北电网 2 2 0 k V及以下黑启动方案》中的一套方案 ,利用天堂抽水蓄能电厂在实际电网中成功地进行了黑启动试验。使湖北电网的黑启动研究在国内率先进入了实践阶段。
In the Jan. 16th, 2002, based on the one set of plan in black start plan in Hubei Power 220kV and below network, Hubei Power has successfully carried out the black start test in the actual power network by using the Tiantang reservoir power plant.
