摘要
为研究热哮方 (由麻黄、半夏、金银花等组成 )治疗哮喘的药效学。采用动态温浸法制备热哮方 ,以二硝基氟苯(DNFP)诱导小鼠迟发性超敏反应 (DTH)以及豚鼠支气管肺泡灌洗法 ,观察热哮方对DNFP诱导DTH的影响 ,致敏豚鼠支气管肺泡液中的嗜酸细胞数。实验结果表明 ,热哮方对DNFP诱导的小鼠耳肿胀具有较强的抑制作用 ,并能明显减少致敏豚鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液中的嗜酸细胞数 ,证实热哮方有抗变应性炎症作用。
In order to study the pharmocodymamics of 'Heat Asthma Formula'(composed of Herba Ephedrae,Rhizoma Pinelliae,Flos Lonicerae,etc.) in the treatment of asthma,'Heat Asthma Formula' was prepared by the dynamic warm extraction.By the delayed hypersensitivity (DTH) induced by dinitro fluorobenzene in mice and the lavation of the bronchial pulmonary alveoli in guinea pig,influence of 'Heat Asthma Formula' on DTH induced by dinitro fluorobenzene (DNFB) and acidophil number in the bronchial pulmonary alveoli fluid of the hypersensitive guinea pig were observed.It was showed in the experimental results that 'Heat Asthma Formula' could have a comparative strong inhibitory function on DNFB induced tumefaction and could remarkably reduce the acidophil mumber in the bronchial pulmonary alveoli fluid of the hypersensitive guinea pig,proving that 'Heat Asthma Formula' has the function to resist allergic inflammation.
