摘要
湖北省体育院系办学规模普遍较小 ,专业设置单一 ,特别是地市师范学院体育系 (科 )重复设置 ,资源浪费严重 ,办学效益较差。通过政府宏观调控 ,进行局部院系合并 ,统筹安排 ,使布局结构、办学层次更加合理 ;院系加强微观管理 ,充分挖掘现有资源的潜力 ,提高有限资源的利用率 ,建立多层次的办学和管理体制 ,使湖北省体育院系办学资源配置更加合理 ,并发挥最大效益。
In Hubei province,the scope of running institutes and departments of P.E. is small and the specialty establishment is monotonous. Regional and city institutes and departments of P.E. are repeated,resulting in waste of resources and bad economic benifits. To solve these problems,government should regulate institutes and departments of P.E. Local institutes and departments should be amalgamated to bring about a more reasonable structure and level. They should also be managed as to exert the potential of the resources,to utilize the limited resources and to establish a multi level system of running and managing the schools.
