摘要
以文献资料法和问卷访谈法为主要研究手段 ,通过调查发现 ,目前我国高师体育院系普遍存在规模小、专业设置单一、办学效益差等问题 ,必须走联合办学的改革之路。其中局部院校、系合并 ,统筹安排、合理布局是联合办学的主要形式。提出了未来 10年 3个阶段目标的实施设想 ,即功能联合 ,加强校际、校内协作 ,资源共享 ;统筹规划 ,局部合并 ;建立多层次联合办学网络体系。
Research on documents and questionnaire showed that problems of small scale, fewer subject curriculum and unsatisfied school running effects commonly existed in physical education departments in colleges and universities in China. The solution for these problems is to take reform of the management system to merge and cooperate local physical education departments in different universities together and have the subjects rationally distributed. A ten year reform program was put forward by the author to realize the merge and cooperation in three stages: functional cooperation of PE departments between colleges and universities, merging of smaller departments and colleges, and establishment of a net system for cooperation of colleges and universities at different levels.
