摘要
文化素质教育是高校加强素质教育、改革人才培养模式的重要切入点 ,也是推进素质教育的重要和有效途径之一。本文针对中国西部地区多元化并存这一显著特色 ,从国家安全、社会稳定、培养西部地区建设人才的需要这三个方面 ,论述了西部地区高校在多元文化并存这一特色下进行文化素质教育的必需性 。
Ideological cultivation plays a vital role in the collegiate quality promotion and reformation of human resources education. The present paper is a comprehensive study, in light of such considerations of national concern as national security, social stability, and West China's urgent need for human resources, of the significance and pluralism of ideological cultivation at the college level in China's Northwest areas.
