摘要
“9· 11”事件之后 ,阿富汗周边地缘政治形势发生了重大变化。本文从历史的角度探讨了这种变化的原因和特点 。
Great changes occurred at the bordering areas of Afghanistan before and after the September 11 Incident.The present paper is a comprehensive study of the history of the disputes in that area and the causes and characters of the political environment, ending with the author's personal views on the U.S. military actions in Central Asia and Afghanistan.
