摘要
根据急性脊髓损伤的“继发性损害”学说,采用改良A11en氏撞击装置,造成大白鼠急性脊髓挫伤的一致性的标准动物模型。随机分为4组,以Gale的联合行为记分法和Noble的形态计量分析法进行疗效观察。结果表明治疗组神经功能恢复及组织形态学均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。分析认为中医药疗法是通过改善局部微循环与缺血缺氧状态,减轻了出血、水肿等病理变化,阻断继发性病变的发生发展而促进脊髓神经功能恢复的。
Using modified Allen's technique, 40 standard white-rat models with uniform acute spiral cord injuries were made. They were randomly divided into 4 groups: three experimental and one control groups. The therapeutic effects were observed by Gale's Behavior Score and Noble's Morphomeassurement Analysis. The results showed that the nerve function recovery and histomor- priology in the experimental groups were significantly better than those in the control (P<0.001). Through the above-mentioned analysis, it was considered that TCM treatment accelerates the recovery of spinal cord function through improving local microcirculation, ischemia and hypoxia, relieving hemorrhage, odema and other pathologic changes, and a blocking the production and development of Sescondary Injury.
