摘要
针对城市发展中出现的水环境、大气环境、声环境及生活垃圾等生态问题 ,要树立生态保护意识 ,遵守生态规划的原则 ,对城市生态系统的各项开发与建设作出科学合理的决策 ,能动地调控城市居民与城市环境的关系 ,解决人类的生存与持续发展问题 ,实现城市经济与生态环境。
In view of the ecological problems arising in urban development in water,atmosphere and acoustic conditions of environment and in house refuse,we have to hold a sense of ecomanagement.Sticking to the principles of ecological planning,we must make reasonable and scientific decisions on the opening up and building up of a city's ecological system,actively modulate the relationships between urban residents and urban environment,take seriously the problems of man's surviving and sustainable development,and make efforts to keep the harmonious developments between economy and ecolological environment,and between daily living and production.
