摘要
阐述了一种基于GIS和密切值法的土地生态布局规划思路。以GIS为技术平台将东莞市厚街镇划分为524个土地规划单元,并建立10个基础数据文件,利用Matlab软件进行密切值法编程,以工业、农业、居住、商业、绿化等用地类型作为生态规划目标,对各土地规划单元进行密切值计算,依据密切值计算结果将厚街镇土地进行生态布局规划。最后,依托GIS呈现各用地类型及综合的生态布局规划结果。研究结果显示,基于GIS和密切值法进行土地生态布局规划过程简单,结果可信。
Ecological land layout is a key step of land use planning. Effective ecological land layout can help realize ecological, economic and social benefits. By the software of Matlab, a new, simple osculating value method is introduced in the paper. GIS is used as a technology platform for dividing land planning unit, managing all data and displaying all land layout planning results. The new planning method includes several steps. Firstly, land is divided into many planning units by GIS. Secondly, several planning targets are chosen. The third step is to select analysis indicators then to determine their weights. The fourth step is to calculate osculating values and to layout land planning units for different needs. Finally, all the land is laid out to satisfy all needs. A case study on Houjie Town is presented to demonstrate the new method. The area of Houjie Town is 126 km^2. It is divided into 524 planning units. All land is to be planned for industrial land, agricultural land, commercial land, living land and green land. The size of every land use type for 2010 is set. The factors that affect the planning target include economic condition, geographic condition, environment and social condition. In this case, 21 planning indicators on behalf of the four main factors are chosen for calculating the osculating values. Then, 21 data files about 524 units are created by GIS. The weight of every indicator is determined by AHP method. Osculating values on 5 land use types are programmed by Matlab and converted back to GIS. For a given type of land use planning, the osculating values show the distance between planning units and the best ideal unit, which is the aggregation of the best data of every indicator. The smaller the distance is, the more suitable for this type of planning objectives. Using the osculating values, the ecological land layout for a certain type of land use planning is completed. At last, considering land use types and the number of requests, the comprehensive ecological land layout planning is produced. Six maps with different colors show the results of ecological land layout planning for Houjie town. This study suggests it's feasible to connect Osculating method with GIS for planning land targets.
