摘要
就棉纤维长度、增加固定盖板根数、减少活动盖板根数对混合作用的影响做了试验研究。棉纤维长度对混合作用有一定影响 ,纤维越长 ,长片段混合作用就越好。增加固定盖板根数 ,减少活动盖板根数对梳棉机的混合作用影响不大。
We have acomplished some experimental study on the mixing action in carding machine, employing different lengths of cotton fiber, increasing the number of fixed flats and decreasing the number of moving flats. It reveals that the fiber length has a hold on the mixing action and the longer the fiber processed, the better the mixing action. But the number of fixed flats and the moving flats has no obvious influence on the mixing action.
