摘要
在连续退煮漂前处理工艺中,由于坯布在织造过程中经上浆加工,淀粉浆料与PVA浆料混合作用于织物,在生产工艺中,采取退煮漂前处理,但工艺流程长,单米成本较高,尤其水电汽成本高;采取低温等离子短流程工艺处理织物,效果较好,成本下降35%以上。对两种工艺进行试验并做分析。
In continuous scouring and bleaching long time and the cost of single meter is relative high, plasma is a kind of short process treatment of fabric. It process, the process of desizing, scouring and bleaching takes especially water, steam and electricity cost. Low temperature can achieve good pretreatment effect and cost will be reduced by above 35%.
