摘要
人参中所含的主要药理成分为人参二醇类皂甙、人参三醇类皂甙和齐墩果酸三种 ,其中的二醇类皂甙是制备人参皂甙Rg3 的主要原料 ,这种药物活性较高的微量皂甙可以由人参二醇皂甙通过化学法转化而来。本论文为得到大量的人参二醇 ,采用柱层析法对人参总皂甙进行分离。在对 98.1g西洋参人参总皂甙进行分离后 ,得到二醇类皂甙 36 .6 g ,其分离率是 37.3 %。这样 ,就为大批量的从人参皂甙Rg3 制备Rh2
Protopanaxdiol, protopanxtriol and Oleanonic acid are the main active ingredients in ginseng. The protopanaxdiol is the main material from which gins enoside Rg 3 is produced by chemical converting. Column chromatography method has been applied to separate a large quantity of protopanaxdiol from western ginseng saponins. In this experiment, 36.6?g protopanaxdiol has been separated from 98.1?g western general ginseng saponins and the corresponding separation rate is 37.3%. This provides the possibility of mass production of ginsenosid e Rh 2 from Rg 3.
