摘要
为填补我国研究南非刑法乃至非洲刑法的空白,本文初步论述了南非刑法的历史渊源、效力渊源和罪刑法定原则。
Aiming at filling the blank of studying South African Criminal law and even African Criminal Law in our country, this article primarily summarily commented on the historical sources, Validity sources and the principle of Crimes and penalties prescribed by law of South African Criminal Law.
