摘要 对摩托车启动电机中离合器齿轮的冷挤压工艺进行了分析 ,介绍了冷挤压模具结构 ,凸、凹模的设计 。 The paper analysed the cold extrusion technology of clutch gear in motorcycle starting motor. Its stress was on the mould structure, the matrix and the punch design, the measure of ensuring the coaxiality of clutch and gear, the notice on mould design, etc.
