摘要
运用Deform软件对空心扁法兰件镦扁镦挤过程中的缺陷进行数值模拟。根据模拟结果,改进了工艺方案,优化了模具结构。生产实践验证,这一改进能有效克服缺陷。
In this paper, FE simulation has been carried out in the upset-extruding process of the hollow products with defect through Deform. According to the stimulated results, an improving solution is put forward and the mould construction is optimized. This improvement has been verified by the production to eliminate effectively the defect.
