摘要
郊区是我国目前城市管治的重点。我国城市郊区的规划建设存在着利益主体的矛盾、行政主体的多元性、计划时序的冲突击以及环境质量下滑等诸多的问题和矛盾。通过对这一系列矛盾的揭示和分析,提出了我国城市郊区管治的主要目标,并从行政体制、规划管理体制和城市生长管理等方面提出了城市郊区管治的策略。
Suburb is the focus of city gov-ernance at present,and many prob-lems exist in the planning constructionof China's urban suburb. After analyz-ing the existing problems,the paperproposes the key goals of the suburbgovernance of our country as well as itsstrategies.[
