摘要
将城市管治这一新理念引入城市规划,分析了我国目前城市规划中公众参与的情况,提出以这种理念为基础来建立公众参与的城市规划制度,为我国城市规划发展提供新的思路。
Trying to put urban govemance into urban planning, analyse the public participation in urban planning in China, than puts forward the idea to set up the urban planning system of public participation based on urban governance,and bring a new idea to the urban planning development in China.
