摘要
本文将通用固相二抗和生物素 -亲和素系统应用于酶免疫分析中 ,成功地建立了 β2 -MG新型酶免疫分析方法。该方法的各项指标均可满足临床检测的要求 ,其优点是 :二抗包被板可以通用、保存期长、节省抗体 ,检测方法的灵敏度高。
The paper reports the valuable competition EIA to detect β 2-MG in serum by the universal microplates coated with second antibody and biotin-avidin system. The performance characteristics of this method can suit the demand of the clinical determination. The advantage of this method contains the universality of the coated microplates, the long term of validity, the high sensitivity and the good precision.
