复方中药对溴隐亭致SD大鼠流产模型保胎药效的初步评价 被引量:13

摘要 目的 溴隐亭致大鼠流产模型的建立并观察补肾中药的药效。方法 SD妊娠大鼠分 7组 ,每组 12只 ,流产模型鼠 6组 ,孕 6~ 8d ,溴隐亭 0 .3mg/(kg·d) ,sc ,其中 3组孕 1~ 11d分别灌胃中药浸膏 36g/(kg·d)(A组 )、18g/(kg·d) (B组 )和中药粉剂 3g/(kg·d) (C组 ) ;2组孕 6~ 11d分别给予黄体酮 8mg/(kg·d) ,im (D组 )和泌乳素 (PRL) 8IU ,bidsc(E组 ) ,1组模型 (F组 ) ;另 1组对照 ,妊娠 6~ 8d 75 %乙醇 0 .2 5mL/d ,sc,妊娠1~ 11d灌胃水 3mL(G组 ) ,妊娠 12d处死。结果  (1)F组的妊娠率、胎仔总数、子宫平均重量显著低于B(P <0 .0 5 )、C、D、E、G(P <0 .0 1)组 ;(2 )A组上述指标显著低于C、D、E、G组 (P <0 .0 5 )。与B、F组比较差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;(3)B、C、D、E、G组之间妊娠率、胎仔总数、子宫平均重量比较差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 溴隐亭致大鼠流产模型是研制、评价中药保胎新剂型理想的病理模型 ; Purpose. Establish SD rat hypoprolactinemic abortion model induced by bromocriptine and evaluation the effect of Chinese Herbs. Methods. Pregnant SD rat were divided into seven groups, each group contained 12 rats, and the model that had 6 groups was established by using bromocriptine 0.3 mg/(kg&middotd), sc, during pregnant day 6-8. Three groups used extract of Chinese Herbs 36 g/(kg&middotd) ig (A group), 18 g/(kg&middotd) ig(B group) and powder of Chinese Herbs 3 g/(kg&middotd) (C group) respectively during the pregnant day 1-11, two groups used progesterone 8 mg/(kg&middotd) im(D group) and PRL 8 IU, bid sc(E group) respectively during the pregnant day 1-11; one group was the model group (F group). The control group was given water 3 mL, ig respectively during the pregnant day 1-11 and 75% alcohol 0.25 mL/d, sc respectively during the pregnant day 6-8 (G group). AH rats were killed in pregnant day 12. Results. (1) The pregnant rate, the average uterine weight and the pregnant fetus numbers of F group were significantly lower than those of B (P 0.05). (3) There were no significant difference among B,C,D,E G groups. Conclusions. This animal model is beneficial for study on tocolyis effect of Chinese Herbs and spontaneous abortion pathogenesis, different dosage and manufacture had different effect.
